Rates

Based on feedback we've received from our customers, we have changed our pricing structure for the Spring and Fall so Laser tag, Mini Golf and Jumping Pillow will now all be included year round. We are also adding a large new waterslide which will be available for guests to use in the peak season (Memorial Day and Father's Day through Labor Day).  We structure our rates so it's reflective of how many people will be on your site and what their ages are, instead of having 1 rate at a significantly higher amount that automatically includes a set number of people.  This way it's more cost effective for our customers, based on who is actually staying on the site.  To figure out your rate, add the base rate and the per person rate for each camper on your site for the season which your stay is in.  Please feel free to call our reservations office for more information and we can walk you through this process.

Your total rate = nightly rate x number of nights + per person fee x number of nights

2013 Base Rates/Club Yogi Rewards Tiers

*Labor Day 2013 *
August 28-September 2 our rates will be an additional $10 per night for any accomodation type. For example a water/electric site the night of the 29th would be $49/night, while August 30-September 2 would be $59/night.

HOLIDAY STAYS REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY(all pricing per night is our weekend rate): Memorial Weekend (May 24-27), Fourth of July we will not be enforcing a 3 night minimum however the night of the 4th is priced as a weekend rate, Labor Day Weekend (Aug. 30-Sept. 2), Columbus Weekend (Oct. 11-14).

Saturday Check-ins and Check-outs are not permitted due to safety hazards.

*Per Person Fees are not included in the Club Yogi Rewards Redemption Tiers.

The following Per Person Rates are for each person, per night.  The maximum charge per person is for three nights.  For example if you are staying for four nights, each person would not be charged a per person fee beyond three nights. For our peak season, that means you would not be charged more than $21 for each person between the ages of 3 and 64 or $12 for ages 65 and up.   So, anything after three nights adds lots of  enjoyment and saves you a lot of money because your per person rates are on us!  *In the Spring and Fall, the per person rates are only in effect on Friday and Saturday nights which means the maximum is for two nights (except Sunday night of Columbus Day Weekend a per person rate is in effect).

Caledonia’s Jellystone Park Campground is happy to provide unlimited enjoyment for you whatever time of the year you are going to be here. 

In the Spring months this includes: a giant Jumping Pillow, a challenging miniature golf course, and Laser Tag. You will be charged a daily per person fee, but only for Friday and Saturday night stays, for each person age 3 and older in your party. So, pay a little money and have a lot of fun.

May 3-May 23
Ages 3-64: $2/night, maximum of $4 per person
Ages 65 & up: $1/night, maximum of $2 per person

In the Summer months this includes: a giant Jumping Pillow, a challenging Mini golf course, Laser Tag, a wet and wild Yogi Bear's Picnic Splash, Activity Pool, Water Wars, and a New Big Waterslide (We anticipate the completion date of the new waterslide to be mid June, if no additional set backs occur).  You will be charged a daily per person fee for unlimited access to all of these great amenities, but only for your first three nights, for each person ages 3 and older in your party, so, you know exactly what you've paid for when you come. You can put wristbands on your kids and let them enjoy all there is to offer without having them come back time after time for money to play another game of golf or laser tag, or to take a trip down the waterslide. Check us out in our discount season for some great deals too!

Ages 3-64: $7/night, maximum of $21 per person
Ages 65 and up: $4/night, maximum of $12 per person

DISCOUNT SEASON May 28-June 9
Ages 3-64: $3/night, maximum of $9 per person
Ages 65 and up: $2/night, maximum of $6 per person

In the Fall months this includes: a giant air Jumping Pillow, a challenging Mini Golf course, and laser tag.  The activity pool will be open on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through September (weather permitting).  This will also include our Haunted Trail (weather permitting) on the weekends September 14-October 14.  You will be charged a daily per person fee, but only for Friday and Saturday nights (also Sunday night of Columbus Day weekend), for each person ages 3 and older in your party.  So pay a little money to have more access for lots of cool additional things for the kids to do.

Ages 3-64: $4.00/night, maximum $8.00 per person, *Columbus Day $12/per person maximum*
Ages 65 and up: $2.00/night, maximum $4.00 per person

Checking In and Checking Out Times

Campsites: Check-in time for Campsites is 4pm and Check-out time is 2pm. 
Cabins: Check-in time for Cabins is 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.

Campers may arrive between 4pm and when the office closes. If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact the office before it closes.

Early Arrivals/Late Departures

We are only able to accomodate those requests for guests whose sites/cabins are available. To see if your site is open, on the day of your arrival go to www.jellystone-caledonia.com/earlycheckin. If available, the following options are:

Sites
1pm Site Check in: $10 will include onsite access and activated wristbands.

Cabins
1pm Cabin Check in: $30 will include cabin access and activated wristbands.

Check-in time for all sites and cabins that are occupied the previous night is 4pm. Late check-outs will be available for those sites/cabins that are not booked the following night. Please inquire by 10am in the office if you wish to have a late check-out.

Stay on campsite/late check-out at 5pm: $15
Stay in cabin/late check-out at 3pm: $40

*Due to high capacity, early arrivals and late departures are rarely available for cabin rentals. However, cabin guests may use the campground facilities until 2pm after checking out of their cabin at 11am.*

Your Visitors

You were supposed to visit your brother-in-law and his family while you are on vacation, but you are having so much fun at Jellystone Park you don’t want to leave. Instead of sitting in their back yard watching ice cubes melt, they can come to you and join the fun. . Just remember, your guests must leave the park by 10:00 PM.

Summer Visitor
Ages 3-64: $10/day
Ages 65 and up: $6/day

Spring & Fall Visitor
Ages 4-64: $5/day
Ages 65 and up: $5/day

Local Visitor Amenity Pass

Everyone in the neighborhood knows what a great time everyone is having at Caledonia’s Jellystone Park and they want to come play too.  We would be happy to have our neighbors come have fun with us when we have room.  Check with our Front Desk to find out days that are less crowded. 

Ages 3-64: $14/day, $120/Season Pass
Family*:  $400/Season Pass

These passes allow you access to our Water Zone, New Big Water Slide, 18 hole Mini Golf, Jumping Pillow, Laser Tag, Playground  and all activities that are taking place throughout the day!

A limited number of passes are available. We recommend calling in advance. None are sold on holidays.

Hours are as follows:
Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday 3:00 PM – 8 PM

Because we are at capacity with our overnight guests, we do not allow Local Visitor Amenity Passes from Friday through Sunday at 3pm.  We do not sell day passes on Holidays.

The last day Day Passes will be offered for the 2013 season will be Thursday August 29th 2013.

*A family is defined as parents plus their own dependent children (5 people max)

Packages

The arrival time for all packages is Friday at 4pm and departure is Sunday at 2pm (unless otherwise noted). You can leave your unit unplugged and unattended from Sunday 2pm-Friday 4pm, or you can leave it plugged in. There is a difference in price shown below. The Per Person fee must be added to the package price to get the total for your family. Early Check-in and Check-out fees still apply as well as adding additional nights. Taxes not included.

Spring Package $170: Stay May 3-May 19 (3 weekends). With electric plugged in $180.
