You can become a seasonal camper and leave your unit on site from our open date, which is the first Friday in May, through Columbus Day in mid October. We want all of our guests to feel as if they are here for a vacation retreat. To help maintain that atmosphere, we offer only a limited number of long-term sites.
All seasonal sites are rented to a single family - two parents and their dependent children. Each of those family members will have unlimited access to all of our amenities for the entire season. Two guests at a time may visit your site and have access to all of the amenities for no additional charges also. That means one weekend Grandma and Grandpa can visit the family and the next weekend the kids could have two friends come and use the passes. Electricity is individually metered, and for the typical weekend camper is usually around $100 for the season. If you sign up to be a seasonal camper for the following year, you can take advantage of FREE on site storage throughout the winter and off-season months.
Traditional seasonal sites are the most spacious, and are $3785 plus tax for the season. Most sites can accommodate almost any size camping unit plus two vehicles. The sites are furnished with a picnic table and a fire ring. Different payment options are available.
Discounted sites are $2810 plus tax for the season. These sites are a little smaller than our traditional sites. If you spend most of your time at the pool and going to activities, you will never miss the extra space. These sites have room for one vehicle, but an additional vehicle may be parked in the front parking lot. The sites are furnished with a picnic table and a fire ring. Different payment options are available.
