  2. Select the dates you wish to camp with us! Visits require a 2-night minimum, with a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends to make the most of the fun. Please note: check-ins aren't available on Saturdays, so be sure to plan your arrival accordingly!

  3. Select the number of guests you plan to camp with. All of our sites and cabins are set up for one family per site which includes parents and their immediate children (no more than 4 adults allowed per site). The max. amount of people allowed on a site is 6. *Exact number of guests may vary per site/cabin

Guests who choose to arrive earlier than their scheduled arrival time will incur an early check-in fee. Late check-out fees may be incurred as well.

RV/Tent Types

  • No Hook-Up (Tent)

    Our tent campsites give you a tree shaded place to pitch one tent and a fire pit and picnic table for those great outdoor meals. Restrooms & showers nearby.

  • Premium No Hook-Up (Tent)

    Premium tent campsites include space for one tent, tree shade, a private concrete pad, a brick fire pit, and a picnic table.

  • Water & Electric

    Sites vary by length & width. Some sites share electric pedestals with other sites. Complete with fire pit and picnic table. These sites have enough room to accommodate one tent next to you.

  • Pull Thru

    Perfect for a motor home or 5th wheel. Reserved for camping units that are 30 feet or longer only. Complete with fire pit and picnic table. Tents not permitted.

  • Full Hook-Up

    Include water, sewer, and electric. Most of these sites have a defined gravel pad and tend to be more uniform. These sites are most popular for 5th wheel and travel trailers. Complete with fire pit and picnic table.

  • Premium Full Hook-Up

    Site includes a concrete pad. Step out of your door and extend your awning over your very own concrete patio! Tents are not permitted on these sites. Complete with fire pit and picnic table.

What are your check-in & check-out procedures?

Campsites: Check-in time for Campsites is after 3pm and Check-out time is 12pm.

When do I need to pay for my reservation?

Reservations must be paid in full at the time you make the reservation.

Just a friendly heads-up: If there are any issues with your final payment, our Reservations Team will reach out to you via call and email. You'll have a grace period of 7 days to settle your balance. After 4 days overdue, you'll receive a final reminder call. If payment isn't received by day 8, unfortunately, we'll have to cancel your reservation.

Do you offer linen services?

Linen Packages are available for purchase for our cabin guests only on a first come, first served basis. Please note, if you do not add on a linen package you will need to bring your own.

Cost: $10 per bed, per night. Maximum charge: $30 per bed

Example: 2-night stay = $20 per bed. A 7-night stay = $30 per bed

Each Linen Package includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet, 2 pillows (queen & full beds) or 1 pillow (twin beds). Linens will be delivered to your cabin prior to arrival. Please note our team does not make the beds. We do not offer laundering services for linens, but coin-operated laundry facilities are available on-site for guest use. Upon checkout, please place all used linens in a pile in the primary bedroom. Missing items from your Linen Package will incur a $50 replacement fee per item.

Please Note: Guests staying in SkyDeck cabins do not need to purchase a Linen Package—your reservation already includes linens and towels! Linen Packages are not available for SkyDeck guests.

What is your policy on early arrivals & late departures?

We are only able to accommodate those requests for guests whose sites/cabins are available. To see if your site is open, on the day of your arrival, check out our Early Access availability. If available, the following options are:

Sites 12pm Check in: $25 will include onsite access and activated wristbands.

Cabins 1pm Check in: $45 will include cabin access and activated wristbands.

Check-in time for all sites that are occupied the previous night is 3pm and cabins are 4pm. Late check-outs will be available for those sites/cabins that are not booked the following night. Please inquire by 10am in the office if you wish to have a late check-out.

Stay on campsite/late check-out at 4pm: $30
Stay in cabin/late check-out at 2pm: $45

Due to high capacity, early arrivals and late departures are rarely available for cabin rentals. However, cabin guests may use the campground facilities until 12pm after checking out of their cabin at 10am.

What is your cancellation policy?

Sites: You may cancel your reservation up to two weeks prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund, minus a $35 bookkeeping fee. There will be no refund if you cancel less than fourteen days before your arrival date.

Can I change the date of my reservation?

You can modify your booking dates once for a fee of $35, which also applies if you decrease the number of nights or days; any refunded days will be subject to a deduction of the $35 fee.

You must be outside of the cancellation window to do a date change. Date change requests within the cancellation window will not be honored. If the reduction in nights creates a one night gap between bookings with cabins we are unable to change dates.    

Please note: dates changes can only be done one time.

Can I change my site?

Guests are welcome to upgrade their site after booking at no extra cost—just pay the difference in price. Downgrading your site is also an option for a $35 fee.

How old do you have to be to rent a site?

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a site.

What is your pet policy?

We are happy to have well behaved family pets at Jellystone Park™! And, of course, polite campers would never let their animals make noise at night that would keep their neighbors awake. Please keep your pet leashed at all times while staying at Jellystone Park™.  We have a 2 dog maximum rule per campsite. We also have multiple pet friendly Cabin Rentals; four Boo Boo™ Basic Cabins (B79,B82,B171 & B174), four Cindy Bear™ Cozy Cabins (C2,C5, C8 & C9), four Yogi Bear™ Deluxe Cabins (Y60,Y62,Y66 & Y69), and Six Glamping Cabins (G401,G456,G457,G458,G459 & G533) that can be rented for an additional fee per stay (maximum of 2 dogs).

Please visit our cabins page for more information regarding our pet friendly cabins. Please note: A $400 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who has a pet in a non pet friendly cabin. If we are aware of an unwelcome pet, the guest will need to take the pet home or make arrangments offsite for the pet.

Do you allow E-bikes & E-scooters?

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, motorized scooters, motorized bikes, and any other motorized vehicles, except for cars and golf carts (which must be rented from us), are not permitted on the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe environment for everyone.
